  • We list a handful of properties a year and we are involved in all of them. Pricing, photography, viewings, negotiation. You deal with the person who valued it.

  • You tell us the budget and the deal breakers. We find it, inspect it, price it and negotiate it. Sometimes we tell you to walk away. That is what you are paying for.

  • Tenancies, maintenance, compliance and rent, handled. One point of contact, monthly statements, and no surprises in your inbox on a Friday night.
